To access your Web Mail all you need to do is go to http://www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail in a browser and you will be prompted for a username and password. You will need to replace yourdomain.com.au with your actual domain name.

If you are hosted on a Plesk / Windows server, all you need to do is go to http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au in a browser, make sure you have setup your Web Mail access in Plesk beforehand though. You will need to replace yourdomain.com.au with your actual domain name.
