What is cPanel?
cPanel is the tool that simplifies your experience behind the scenes. It provides an easy to use interface to manage key features such as your file/FTP accounts, domains, databases, and much more!
Remember that cPanel is not the same as your CMS (content management system - such as WordPress). The CMS is where you'll go to make changes to your website content but cPanel is specifically for managing hosting related tasks.
Are my services backed up?
We do daily backups! By default, all of our infrastructure is backed up on a 14-day retention, that means you're covered if your website needs to be rolled back to something within the previous 14 days.
